What does the plan provide?

1. One check-up per year
2. All necessary intra-oral x-rays
3. Two 30 minute hygiene appointments per year
4. Oral hygiene and dietary instruction
5. Worldwide dental accident and emergency insurance
6. 10% discount on private fees for all other treatments

The cost of the adult plan is just £12.40 per month.

 

Plans for children
Our plan for children has been designed to provide the foundation
for a strong and healthy mouth in adulthood. It provides:

1. 2 check-ups per year
2. All necessary intra-oral x-rays
3. 30 minutes with our therapist per year, to include any clinically necessary treatment
4. 2 free manual toothbrushes per year
5. 10% discount on additional treatment fees
6. Oral hygiene and dietary advice
7. Worldwide dental accident and emergency insurance

One parent or carer must be a DentalPlan member.
Children under 5 are entitled to free membership, and for children who are 5-17 years old, membership is just £8.30 per month.

Our plan is designed to spread the cost of your routine dental treatment, and gives you access to dental accident emergency and out of hours insurance, as well as 10% discount on additional treatment.

Simply fill out the application form then hand it in to our receptionist or post it to the
address on the back of the form. There is a one-off joining fee of £10 for adults and £5 for children.

Your registration
You may withdraw from the plan at any time by giving 3 months notice in writing to CODEplan.
